- PAYMENT. All prices are shown in $US Dollars. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. All payments are processed using Stripe, which accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover), debit cards. Pay with confidence –- your payment information is always safe! Alanna St. Laurent Photography never sees or has access to your credit card information. Any information you enter regarding your credit/debit card will occur on a secure page during the checkout process.
- PROCESSING AND SHIPPING. Print orders are processed and shipped within two business days via United States Postal Service Priority Mail which includes tracking and up to $50 insurance. No matter what day you place your order, it should be on its way to you within seven (7) days of purchase (typically sooner). If you have any special shipping requests, just let me know. I am happy to mail your print via USPS Overnight/Express/etc. Contact me with your shipping request and I will send you an updated PayPal invoice for the additional charges. Easy! You will receive an email when your order is placed and another upon shipment. The shipment notification email will include the package tracking number. We ship to the United States only via USPS from Ferndale, Michigan. All prints are packaged carefully for safe transport. We fully trust the USPS to safely deliver items in a timely manner. We will not be held accountable for any items damaged or lost in transit. It is the carriers’ responsibility once the package is mailed. If a package gets lost or damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim with the USPS to receive a refund (if applicable). I do not insure packages generally, but am happy to add it to the total amount of the purchase if requested. We will not refund money or replace any product for issues that might arise due solely to shipping damage. However, if your print arrives damaged inside the packaging I will be happy to replace the image free of charge.
- FRAMED PRINTS. Since I do not have a physical storefront or studio, all framed prints will be mailed to you from the framer, whether it is a metal frame or a canvas frame.
- RETURNS. All sales are final and purchases cannot be refunded. Alanna St. Laurent Photography offers accurate and comprehensive information and pictures of our prints and framing options. If you have any questions, please contact me before placing your order. Inspect your purchase carefully as soon as it arrives. If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of package arrival, no claim can be made after 48 hours. I will do my best to resolve any problems deemed reasonable. There will be no unauthorized returns to Alanna St. Laurent Photography and these will be refused and marked return to sender, if received. Alanna St. Laurent Photography MUST approve all returns by e-mail before the customer is allowed to send the item back. Once an order has been placed, it can only be canceled (with good reason) within the first 12 hours from the time it has been placed. There is no exception. All canceled orders are subject to a 15% handling fee.
